I will say though, this transaction bordered on being rated "neutral". The seller packed my old, fragile disk drive in a sheet of bubble wrap and put it in a bubble mailer. That's it. It came away with a small crack and a dent on the front bezel, both of which are definitely not present in the photos. Luckily I like to leave well enough alone, and will settle with leaving this message. I usually pack with bubble wrap + additional foam sheets on the top and the bottom, to protect the corners. I apologize if that wasn't the case this time. Till now no one complained about the packing and I believed it was good so far. Thank you for letting me know, I'll reconsider a different packaging method from now on.
