In this sequel to Disney's wildly successful THE SHAGGY DOG, Wilby Daniels (Dean Jones) has eliminated the pesky problem of periodically turning into a woolly sheepdog, thanks to the magic Borgia ring. Now, he's a successful lawyer, and he and his family are looking forward to a challenging election in which he's running for District Attorney. However, everything goes wrong when thieves steal the ring and Wilby once again changes back and forth from human to dog at the most inopportune times!
