I was notified by the seller after a week or so to advise the item had been lost in transit. The positive outcome was that the seller immediately organised for a refund via eBay. The seller was extremely helpful and the funds have been returned.

Because the return process is too troublesome for them even though they are the ones who made the mistake! Then got delay tactics and kept sending me return postage label with wrong sender details and then telling me to ignore that and ‘try to send it’ and ‘see if it works’. Great job of being the worst ebayer/customer service! Ridiculous!
