They clearly pulled one of these little pitchers out of the packaging, they were rough, and the handle (which was beautifully secured with tape and inside bubble wrap) was ripped off in the process! They didn't leave a note, they just left it like that and delivered it to me without even tape on the box! They were clearly looking for drugs, but they broke a beautiful antique!
