Answered our questions before I ordered instantly,soon as I ordered got a call thanking me for buying off them and checking contact details call later on to arrange delivery date emailed and texted night before delivery with a time slot delivery lads called when they were 20 minutes away. Delivery lads were extremely helpful and cheerful and nothing to much trouble put it exactly where I wanted it unwrapped it checked it took all packaging away. A⭐️

The whole process was superb from start to finish. Good communication throughout, from answering initial questions, comparisons between products and advice on seat heights, through to quality control videos and email and text updates regarding delivery. Delivery was efficient and the product very well wrapped and protected. It's not often one is impressed by efficiency in this country, but I definitely was with this
