Took a week after ordering for my item to get "shipped" but only after I asked about it. Another week and nothing changed on tracking, still looking as if just a label, nothing more. Contacted again and they said they would refund and resend. Several days later got the refund but still never got any package nor was a second label created. The order was for my child using his own money so it really stinks when people act like this and have awful communication!
