The item was packaged a little oddly, having to a box cut in half with a piece of a pool noodle taped on top of the hole which was then put in a bag. Despite that; the item was safe from the outside elements. The item was indeed used and does run, and what wasn't mentioned that it runs slowly. Possibly due to the partial corrosiun on the negative contact. So it was somewhat as described. Price was somewhat for what the condition item was in.
