After the seller handed off the package, things went downhill. Pitney Bowes (PB) messed up the transfer from PB UK to PB International, so the package sat for 6 days until eBay intervened. PB handed it off to UPS. UPS lost the package. I had to call UPS multiple times before they would act because PB chose a delivery method that is not guaranteed. 28 days shipping in total. The pen was exactly as described in the photos etc. Pen was beautifully giftwrapped and packed in a sturdy box for delivery. Next day delivery was great, allowing me to begin writing with the pen. Nice note attached too thanking me for my business. As you can tell I am highly delighted with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend this seller.
