When I opened it, I sadly noticed a gouge in the left arm, and the incorrect left hand (not as described). However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself. However some damages were not visible image shown for example torso crack and the seller provided incorrect brand for lightsaber hilt (was not legitimate Lego brand lightsaber hilt).
