Only issue was an unexpected Customs hold. Seller failed to mention it beforehand, so I paid nearly $700 in surprise duties (24% for $800+). While duties/tax is a fluid issue (our Prez keeps changing), a heads-up would've been nice. Despite this, service was otherwise top-notch. Still a good value. I'll chalk it up as a positive experience, given the overall experience and usual goodwill of Japanese sellers.

I was a little nervous because it was my first time ordering from this seller. HOWEVER, I’m extremely happy with the price I paid for such a good quality bag. I placed an offer on my bag and the seller responded within a short period of time with a counter, which was reasonable so I accepted. 10 out of 10! I’ll definitely order from this seller again.

Once we agreed upon a fair price for both of us, it was shipped quickly arriving to me in less than 4 days from Japan. The item was in great condition and packed in a proper manner to protect the item for shipping. It was as described in the listing and I have no complaints. I look forward to doing more business with this seller.
