Well packaged with good cushion. The shipping was with USPS, and they can't seem to get their act together, it went to three other places before it got to me in Phoenix(5th largest city in U.S.) go figure. But that's not on the seller, the correct address was on the label. As it has happened before with other items from various sellers, it boils down to the USPS. Love the product, perfect size!
