The tote / hard case got slightly bent in shipping. I offered a full refund and a prepaid if he wanted to send the items back but, He refused.

But my disappointment quickly turned to appreciation. When I messaged the seller to let them know what happened, they responded within minutes and had a tracking number for my missing part shortly thereafter. They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved. Once it finally arrived, despite it having been listed as "Tested & works", my Wii would not read the disc at all (there were a couple big scratches/scuffs on the disc). After contacting the seller, my full purchase was refunded right away without complications. Unfortunately I don't have a game to play - but I would use this seller again in the future.
