The first time they sent me a picture of an Amazon package at my gate. That package was not their product! I don’t know where they got the picture from. They agreed to resend and today again they sent me a picture of an Amazon package at my gate. The tracking number (Last time there was no tracking provided) for the 2nd delivery showed a completely different delivery image. The product itself was delivered in full and as described. They then falsely claimed the package was stolen, despite tracking and clear photo proof of delivery. Although sellers are not liable for stolen packages once delivered, we acted in good faith and sent a free replacement. Fraud Behavior
