While that’s not a direct fault from the seller, I had a terrible experience with the selected delivery company (Yodel) which promised and failed to deliver the item three times while I was waiting, and just delivered after 10 days after marked as dispatched, many chats and calls to the depot. Really appalling.

The box is for a Kriss Bear picture frame and the certificate is for a Winnie the Pooh figurine. ! On line they all sell with the original paperwork ,box and a Swarovski chair stool for considerably more. That aside, the item arrived quickly, well wrapped and very good condition as was described . Im happy with the purchase and would use this buyer again, although a bit of research is needed. Buyer beware .
