Contacted seller who offered a 30% reduction for me to keep the item. I asked if he could do better but he has suggested a return of the product which is not worth the effort or the cost. Ridiculous! Contacted the seller who assured me (and I have in writing) that they would refund me the full amount if I sent it in one parcel, saving £6.50. Although they received all items they did not fully refund me as promised.
