The seller said the jewel case did come cracked and did send a replacement jewel. So technically, it is as described from what they were selling. However the replacement jewel did come scratched, which is a shame. However, this doesn't take away the value from me either way. The case, in my opinion, can easily be replaced. For the cost, I expect it to arrive in better packaging. I contacted the seller and he was very rude and then left me bad feedback that I was a bad buyer because I left a negative review for a damaged item. Leaving negative feedback over a 25-cent cracked jewel case that brand new by the way is pretty petty especially when you didn't bother to contact me before leaving negative feedback. The CD was packed in a standard bubble mailer so precautious were taken. CD jewel cases aren't made very sturdy and can crack no matter how well they are packed.
