Little things like that shows great customer serice. Quality and condition of the rem pod is great, its quite sensitive which is what you want. The value is well worth it without it breaking the bank ballance as it can be quite a pricey hooby. The appearance is fab. I cant wait to try it sometime. Thank you Dawn x

The seller sent the REM very quickly and can't be held responsible once the item is shipped via the postal system.
