Seller states that he does not have the items in stock. Until today I have not received any refund. ebay has to step in for a refund. Keep away from this seller. They are responsive and courteous, and bent over backwards to help me when my order was damaged in shipping. They more than adequately packaged the PC I ordered. The damage was not due to negligence on the part of CCW. My order was exactly as described and was priced below what I could find else where. I highly recommend them and will hopefully do business with them in the future.

Instead of receiving 2 items as described in the listing I was shipped only 1. After contacting the seller they acknowledged the error and quickly sent out the remaining item. Mistakes happen, I won't hold that against them. Both shipments arrived quickly and the items were well packaged and as described. Outstanding seller!
