Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.

The very next day I received a detailed reply from the seller with all tracking numbers, a pardon for the mixed shipments, and a thanks for the business. The pads arrived that day.
