Items were simply put in a box and sent with no protection and arrived with a cracked outer case in one of the items. Most DVDs seem like are not damaged but some are. It looks like I will be going back to Amazon.com for these DVDs even though the price they ask for is higher, they ship with protection. Super fast delivery from this seller which is the one good thing that went right with this purchase.
