They arrived brand new in the box, and are by far my new favorite item in my kitchen! On top of that, the seller went above and beyond and communication/ customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced on eBay. They took care of everything so quickly, and were so accommodating and kind. As a seller myself, I was blown away by this seller and I hope to work with them again! A+++++

However, the listing was incorrect, as the seller later confirmed they only have the small size (received) and not the large size (as listed) available, but was very quick to respond to messages and offered a refund. Good experience overall, would buy from again.

It would’ve been so easy to just place it in a bag and put some paper in the box to protect it.
