    The stone I received was beautiful! Very high quality! And, the price was great! However the color of the stone was different than the stone pictured. And, since it was enough different, my customer decided they would prefer another stone. I notified the seller of my concerns, and they refunded all of the costs. They were in constant communication with me! Very impressive! I will definitely use this seller again. Great seller!

    Item was defective but it did come very well wrapped with the authenticity card included. It was delivered in a timely manner. Upon contacting owner about my issue, I got a response in a short time & he agreed to make the situation right....he did so immediately. A great seller to do business with...he wants to make the customer happy with their purchase!
