The seller selected USPS Ground shipping (and charged me for it) but packaged my item in a Priority Mail box so the item was NOT delivered to me in time. I contacted the post office and after opening up a service request with them found that b/c a Priority box was used, the shipping was underpaid by $3.50. I had to travel to the local post office and pay this amount to have my package released. Packaging was also not adequate and the toy appears roughed up by the shipping.
