The tote / hard case got slightly bent in shipping. I offered a full refund and a prepaid if he wanted to send the items back but, He refused.

They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved.
