Even though it was completely my mistake, I was thankful that their response was super speedy and they had the item refunded each time right away and we finally got it sent to the right place!! As for the jacket I'm super stoked! I got it for such a great offer so I couldn't refuse. Thank you so much for the help!!

Extremely communicative and helpful from my first message, willing to negotiate on price, and immediately - and generously - remedied a small issue that was realized upon delivery (which was ALSO super fast). The best seller I’ve encountered in nearly two decades on eBay.
