Took off the day from work on the expected arrival day. It never came, a UPS issue.. The following day, I had to go to work. Package was not delivered due to nobody being able to sign for it. The next day took off work to make sure I was home for the re-delivery. I wouldn't buy from them again due to the inconvenience of signing off on a package.
