Packaging was great, the item was fragile and was wrapped with stuffing and wrapped in plastic. The quality of the part was in good condition. The items appearance was very good used. The item had a few minor scratches on the outer casing, but the screen was clean of scratches and cracks and was fully functional once installed. Overall it was an excellent value and I would definitely look for parts with this vendor again.
