Very responsive to questions and quick with the packing and shipping. 2- The product leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not a case like I initially thought it was. It’s more like a cover (actually it’s exactly a cover) which is put on over the top of the unit. In and of itself that’s not an issue. What is an issue however, is the heat it generates without air circulation. That is all
