Our grandson loved the puzzle but after he put it together it was missing two pieces. This happens sometimes when you order a used product. I contacted the seller and they were so friendly and helpful. The refund was posted in my PayPal the next day. Great vendor that works with his customers. I’m a person that appreciates a business that’s so good to his buyers. Excellent!

Thankfully, seller packaged it well and the only damage was the harp/socket. These are hard to find I was glad to get them. the cost was reasonable and was in the original packaging. I would use this vendor again for Tri Five parts.
