This fixture, a toilet paper holder, was the only fixture with all parts - other were missing screws. A towel bar was missing from the shipment-replacement provided. A towel ring was missing the anchor bracket. Metal parts were loose in a plastic bag without shipping material allowing for minor cosmetic damage during shipping. Prices are good but lower your expectations. Positive rating for this part, but I will avoid seller in the future.
