Despite not receiving the controller until December 30th, they had it back in my hands by January 2nd, right after New Year's. The speed and efficiency of their service are truly impressive. Brilliant repair and turnaround time. Grandson is chuffed, He says the controller feels like brand new. The only let down was Evri delivery time but it still came back within a week instead of next day. Saved £100+ by not buying new or used ones. they always confirm receipt and despatch too which is reashuring.
