I didn't answer. 11 days later he bought them. Contacted me on arrival Claimed 1 head "deeply scarred. Wanted replacement or money for that one. Told him I would Purchase Shipping Label And Give Full Refund. Repeatedly. Reported the buyer and got a negative feedback.
