Appearance looks great however after close inspection found a small paint defect. The location of the blemish is not noticeable. As this was a retailer limited edition the bonus items are new and had not been opened so I saved money by buying used. As this shipped out of Japan it took almost a month to arrive however the seller kept me informed of updates, also left a handwritten note in the box.

The seller didnt lie about making sure it arrives safely haha. There was a short delay in shipping but it doesnt matter. The seller was communicative and answered my questions without any problems. The one tiny imperfection was made extremely clear by the seller, who took care to highlight it with a photo so that the buyer would be fully aware before purchase. Communication was excellent, polite and helpful. Post: arrived faster than some non-international packages! Packaged brilliantly with layers of protection inside a larger outer box. Best price by a long shot for this figure considering how hard it is to get. Even the shipping box was custom made to perfectly fit and protect the figure's box, the seller perfectly represents the Japanese culture of customer service. Package arrived with an origami swan and note, a small detail that sets this seller apart. Extremely communicative, would definitely order from again!
