I was very happy with his concern and I wished to go forth with the transaction. He did a great job packing the amplifier and it made the 2000 mile trip undamaged. This amp was double boxed with Styrofoam completely wrapped around the amp and then more Styrofoam wrapping that box and then the outside box. The amp was well protected. Item as described.
