Upon contacting the seller, they were very apologetic and very polite. They said they accidentally missed the signs of wear. I sent back the shoes at no cost and the seller quickly refunded my money. Thank you for being so professional! Great to do business with them.

I ran into trouble when I was charged 2 return fees, one from Ebay and one for the seller. I contacted Ebay and they were not helpful at all. I then contacted the seller and she offered very graciously to make up for the Ebay return charge. I ordered a pair of clogs only to find later I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect size and had to ask to cancel the order. For the first time I had a quick and very kind and understanding response, and the seller cancelled and I receved a refund. This is so much appreciated, as it is difficult to order online and sizing often gets mixed up especilly if you order for others. A+and many stars. Thanks
