It appears to have all parts included so I am not concerned too much about it. There is a bit of a learning curve when beginning but I was able to get the hang of it within the first 10 minutes. The wheels for the weight kept getting tripped up in the device. I remembered reading a review for a similar product that stated they applied grease to the wheels. Once I did that it worked wonderfully.
