Seller was brilliant. Will be sending the Mrs dual sense PS5 controller here as well once I can convince to let go of it long enough to get it repaired .

They did an outstanding job repairing my R2 trigger on the DualSense controller. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and the price was very reasonable. Despite not receiving the controller until December 30th, they had it back in my hands by January 2nd, right after New Year's. The speed and efficiency of their service are truly impressive. Brilliant repair and turnaround time. Grandson is chuffed, He says the controller feels like brand new. The only let down was Evri delivery time but it still came back within a week instead of next day. Saved £100+ by not buying new or used ones. they always confirm receipt and despatch too which is reashuring.
