The salesperson explained what I needed to do via video, and in the end, everything worked out fine. If i was to really pick on it. Some of the finishing could be better. More attention to detail. There are many ruff edges and surfaces. The bord covering the reeds has a small screw as a knob to pull it off. It would look much nicer with a proper custom made knob. But it's functional and cheap. But for the price I do believe this is one of the better models available and I am very happy with it.
