We shipped the items to him and once he got them he immediately increased the price. When asked why, he had no real answer. I told him no and he said ok, no problem we will do it as discussed. He then still tried to charge me double and I said nm, just send my items back. They programmed and mailed it back to me as soon as they got my ignition switch and key. Kept in communication with me the entire time. Price was reasonable.
