Glasses were appropriately packed, and I am happy to believe the breakage was due to post office. A positive experience.

I don't blame the seller; they were very thorough in packaging. Upon arrival, the box looked like it had been run over with a truck on one side. Very disappointing, but I blame the delivery service(s) in their poor customer service.
