There was a minor problem with one of the pens I purchased, but they were quick to respond and very helpful. They really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I'd recommend them without hesitation and plan to do more business with them in the future. The items were accurately described, packaged carefully, and shipped promptly. A partial refund of shipping costs was done automatically to reflect combined shipping. A+

The only problem was that it bounced between post offices in Omaha NE for 3 days. Definitely not the vendors fault. I am highly satisfied with the vendor and his rapid shipping to me mailed out the very next day.

The shipping and packaging are excellent, the item is fragile therefore it was packed into a hard case with lots of paper to protect the part. Thank you for the great purchasing experience!
