The seller was just as annoyed as we were and had to issue a refund.Cannot fault the seller, on the other hand, our experience with EVRI and trying to talk to someone was impossible everything is automated, which is frustrating when they failed to deliver, turning our experience into a nightmare

Ich habe vermutlich einen Retouren rückläufer erhalten, wo jemand keine Ahnung von der Installation hatte. Es fehlten eigentlich nur die Dichtungen. Die Reaktion des Verkäufers war super kulant, 24 Stunden später erhielt ich bereits einen Nagelneuen Ersatz. Entschuldigung aber 5 Sterne reichen da nicht. Echt mega, vielen lieben dank ich würde gerne mehr Sterne geben! Danke echt super
