I contacted the seller because the item had a small tear in the leather on the shoulder area and zippers were discolored. I sent pictures and told a video could be sent at request. I was trying to get the seller to be responsable for the repair but the seller never responded back to me,item was not as described ( new, unused, in perfect condition)

The seller used a usps priority envelope (which carries its own shipping rate) with a usps ground shipping label. Post office flagged the item and was going to charge me $12 additional for the shipping discrepancy. The package sat flagged at my post office for a week before I convinced them to release it to me. When I told the seller he told me usps was wrong. I gave you a price that you can't find online anymore, so I'll compensate you. You didn't pay a penny more, but you should complain to the USPS because you are not satisfied with the service they provided. It's totally unreasonable to give me a negative review here. Don't come here again.
