    The time between payment and shipping was 7 days. I was not in a hurry to get the item so I wasn’t worried about it. I did start to wonder what was going on after 5 days without an update. On day 7 the tracking was provided. It would have been nice to have gotten a message informing me of late shipment. All in all I got what I ordered so I’m not upset. Yes, I would order from this seller again

    Book arrived in good condition and is what I ordered. Book was in like new condition. Appearance was great only has minor stress ware from shipping. It was the best value I could find anywhere. Would recommend this quality seller to anyone. Shipping was about 2 weeks.

    I ordered 4 packs of this incense but Desire Center only had 2 left. They emailed promptly to ask if I'd prefer a refund or did I want to select another product to add to my order. I opted for the refund which was promptly processed. The incense arrived really quickly, wrapped very well for the journey.
