Item was not clean or sanitized as described. Contacted seller. Wanted to work with him person to person. I was willing to keep the cutter and clean/sanitized myself if he would refund a little for my troubles. He decided to attack me with ebay rules. I know now you have to watch out for sellers like this that sell junk with a good story.
