He also apologized and refunded me for the movie since it wasn’t the one pictured ans explained he is removing most all fullscreen DVDs. He let me know he didn’t actually have the widescreen of this movie as well. Excellent customer service!!!

Since it was not listed as new, then this is a plus!!! The pricing of this dvd was very reasonable and the care taken in packaging for shipment means a lot to me. I am looking forward to watching the movie and would love to comment on it now, but this feedback is focused on the seller and their follow through: great!
