I contacted the vendor who was unaware that the items shipped were defective. Seller resolved the issue and agreed to send a replacement at no additional charge.

But they shipped me Izod “Saltwater” shorts (entirely different style) in used condition. Upon receipt I immediately contacted seller to report mistake and asked for return & refund. Seller replied they were “checking to see what happened.” But that’s the last I heard from them -- despite my messaging them several more times. They're ignoring me. BEWARE THIS SELLER!
