The packaging left a lot to be desired. The purse arrived in an open box with the tape only stuck on one side along with one corner of the box completely ripped open from top to bottom. I could hardly believe there was a purse inside! So packaging was not so great. Impeccable craftsmanship. The only problem is have, is that I want more of them in order colors :)
