Missed one of the devices I ordered in the initial shipment but they responded quickly and shipped the replacement very quickly. Discovered these drives need "exfat" support installed on a Linux/Ubuntu server before they are recognized - but once you load that module they are accessible from Windows or Linux devices easily.
