As soon as I asked for a refund they wrote the longest worded letter I have even seen , the box came damaged and they said return with the new box which it was not . They don’t want to refund as they even claimed that if I’m a smoker ( which I am not ) they won’t refund . Absolutely disgraceful. Go shoes should not claim to do refunds when they don’t want to help at all . No return label nothing .
